Shampoo Bars

This is one of my favorite discoveries as a soapmaker. These soaps have relieved my itchy scalp, removed my need for conditioners and reduced the frequency of shampooing. The addition of Castor oil in this bar adds lots of bubbly lather. It is easy to cut a small piece off to take on trips or to the gym instead of bottles. Made with saponified Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Castor Oil and Coconut Oil. Just get your hair very wet and rub the bar right on your scalp. Puff! Instant lather. It cleans thoroughly without drying or coating your hair or scalp.

  This scent was one of my new blends. I had a contest to "Name that Scent" and you guessed it - it's MIDNIGHT MAN! "Manly and sensual" say the women in my shop.

  Two great essential oils!! Refreshing, tingly and invigorating!
• Pine Tar w/Lavender and Tea Tree - add to cart!, $6.50
  Essential oils of Lavender and Tea Tree combined with the properties of Pine Tar are very soothing to your scalp. (This is the one that makes MY hair shine!) Also doubles as a regular soap.

  These essential oils are all said to be helpful to the scalp. The scent is very green and herbal.
